We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish to return or exchange any item, please return the item to us within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition in the original packaging, unworn, not washed, without damage or stains, and with the original labels attached. Therefore we ask you to be careful when trying on your purchase and do not remove the tags. Failure to meet these criteria may result in the item being returned to you and a refund being dismissed.
In the case of a full refund or the refund of a price difference for an exchange, the amount will be credited to the payment method originally used.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Currently, we offer free returns for items that have been delivered to a UK address. If you wish to return an item delivered within the UK, please send a message via our contact form at www.mososhop.com/pages/contact-us and we will arrange collection from your address at a confirmed date and time. For returns from any other country, please follow the below simple steps.
1. Fill out the returns slip we have sent to you with your item, specifying whether you require a refund or exchange. If an exchange is required, please include the style name, colour and size.
2. Label the original packaging with the return address specified on the returns slip.
3. Package the returns slip and the item/s to be returned in the original packaging.
4. Take your parcel to any Post Office and ensure you obtain proof of postage. We recommend you choose a delivery method that includes insurance for the cost of the item/s.
5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
6. If your request for a refund is approved, a credit to your original payment method will be processed within 5 working days, subject to bank operating hours and holidays. If your request for an exchange is approved, you will receive the replacement item within 5 working days subject to stock availability.
Refunds will be credited to your account in the original payment method used. Please be aware, if there is a currency difference since the date of purchase the refunded amount may show a difference to the original amount paid.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of returning your item, please check with your bank or credit card provider if a payment is pending.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If you have received one of our products as a gift and you choose to return the item for a refund, the refund will be processed to the payment details of the original purchasing customer.
Returns and exchanges should be sent by post to the returns address specified on your invoice to ensure your refund or exchange is processed smoothly.
COST OF RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, your delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
