How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we pack your order, we will send a delivery confirmation email with a link to track your order online. Orders can also be tracked by logging into My Account and checking ‘MY ORDERS’. Tracking information is uploaded after dispatch.

Undeliverable parcels
If we’re unable to deliver a parcel to your chosen delivery address, it will automatically be returned to Moso. To find out more about your parcel please check the tracking number in your email or account at and contact UPS.

International delivery – import taxes and customs duties
Please note the prices on do not include local sales tax or VAT. If the value of your order exceeds the free limit in your country or region, extra fees may be applied for import taxes and customs duties upon delivery. Moso does not compensate these charges. You can check with your local Customs Office for more information.

Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be cleared by Customs. During this time, applicable import duties and taxes will be calculated by the local authority. Our transport partner will contact you to inform you of any clearance charges.

Please note, for cross-border payment, your bank may add additional fees. Moso does not compensate these charges. Please check with your bank for more information.
