The retail account manager is responsible for the management of all retail sales platforms and accounts in their designated region.
KPI: Achievement of sales targets
Deliverables:
Inventory management – Ensure all accounts have an optimum stock of product and packaging.
Marketing material – All accounts must receive and implement the updated marketing calendar, new marketing images, promotion briefs and new catalogues.
Reporting – weekly and monthly report summaries of all retail accounts. Sales, stock, analytics.
Development – Seasonal review of retail account performance and new account opportunities.
