KPI: Achievement of sales targets


Inventory management – Ensure all platforms and accounts have optimum stock of product and packaging.

Marketing material – All platforms and accounts to display the correct marketing visuals, content and promotions.

Reporting – weekly and monthly report summaries of all online platforms and accounts. Sales, stock, analytics.

Development – Seasonal review of account performance and new account opportunities.
